1 Deputy Project Director
  • Minimum 2nd Class Master Degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Govt. Educational Institutions/ Organization.
  • Officer experienced in Project Operation will be given preference.

  • Provides technical and project management leadership to a team comprising of staff and consultants in carrying out project activities under the project, including procurement and financial management, reporting directly to the chairman UGC;
  • Plans, implements, manages, supervises, monitors, and coordinates all project activities;
  • Ability to coordinate with various ministries and agencies;
  • Coordinate among all project partner agencies or consultants engaged in project activities;
  • Be responsible for regular reporting on this project’s activities to ADB.

2 Procurement Officer
  • Minimum 2nd Class Master Degree in any Subject.
  • Officer experienced in Project Operation will be given preference.
  • The maximum age limit for direct recruitment is 30 years

  • Procurement-related tasks under this project including updating the procurement plan, preparing bidding documents and requesting for proposals;
  • Be responsible for procurement monitoring;
  • Provides necessary support/training to the procurement staff at universities;
  • Report to the project Director.
3 Accounts Officer
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA with Finance.
  • Officer experienced in Project Operation will be given preference.
  • The maximum age limit for direct recruitment is 30 years

  • Maintain appropriate financial records (register, books, records, ledgers, etc.)
  • Maintain computerized records and inventory on fixed assets;
  • Prepare financial statements and other monthly and quarterly reports;
  • Preserve financial statements obtained from sub-project Directors;
  • To prepare Bank Reconciliation statement and take necessary action;
  • Guide accountants about financial records and transactions.
4 Administrative Officer
  • Minimum 2nd Class Master Degree in any Subject.
  • Officer experienced in Project Operation will be given preference.
  • The maximum age limit for direct recruitment is 30 years

5 Project Officer
  • Minimum 2nd Class Master Degree in any Subject.
