Term of Reference (ToR) of PCC:

  • PCC for overall monitoring and supervision of project activities at the university level, and provide guidance to the PIU staff and project focal person.
  • The PCC will coordinate closely with PMU in carrying out their responsibilities.
  • The PCC will guide and support the PIU.
  • The PCC will approve AOP, APP.
  • The PCC will review project progress.
  • The PCC will meet whenever necessary but in any case, not less than once in every quarter.
  • The Committee may co-opt member if needed.
