Qualifications

Minimum 2nd Class Master Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Govt. Educational Institutions/ Organization. Officer experienced in Project Operation will be given

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Provides technical and project management leadership to a team comprising of staff and consultants in carrying out project activities under the project, including procurement and financial management, reporting directly to the chairman UGC;
  • Plans, implements, manages, supervises, monitors, and coordinates all project activities;
  • Coordinate among all project partner agencies or consultants engaged in project activities;
  • Be responsible for regular reporting on this project’s activities to ADB.

Remarks

  • Minimum 8 years of project management and monitoring and evaluation experience, preferably in program management of academic/research funds;
  • Ability to work on foreign-aided projects in a team environment;
  • Ability to coordinate with various ministries and agencies;
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking English;
  • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, etc.
