Accounts Officer

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA with Finance. Officer experienced in Project Operation will be given preference.

The maximum age limit for direct recruitment is 30 years

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Maintain appropriate financial records (register, books, records, ledgers, etc.)
• Maintain computerized records and inventory on fixed assets;
• Prepare financial statements and other monthly and quarterly reports;
• Preserve financial statements obtained from sub-project Directors;
• To prepare Bank Reconciliation statement and take necessary action;
• Guide accountants about financial records and transactions.

Remarks

• Five years’ experience in financial management;
• Have had hands on experience in Microsoft or similar computerized Accounting;
• Strong interpersonal communicative skills.
