Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Provides technical and project management leadership to a team comprising of staff and consultants in carrying out project activities under the project, including procurement and financial management, reporting directly to the chairman UGC;
- Plans, implements, manages, supervises, monitors, and coordinates all project activities;
- Coordinate among all project partner agencies or consultants engaged in project activities;
- Be responsible for regular reporting on this project’s activities to ADB.
Remarks
- Minimum 8 years of project management and monitoring and evaluation experience, preferably in program management of academic/research funds;
- Ability to work on foreign-aided projects in a team environment;
- Ability to coordinate with various ministries and agencies;
- Proficiency in writing and speaking English;
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, etc.
